Real-life Bond/Bourne techniques (videos)

Just saw a site on digg showing Bond/Bourne techniques that you could use in everyday life. There are a total of 15 videos in all. Link to the site is posted below. But first...


This is probably my favourite video from the 15 videos listed on this site. It shows a technique known as "grapevine", which is to trap someone to a tree without requiring extra equipment like ropes, chains, locks or restraints. However this also looks quite dangerous to try on your own, especially if you don't know how to escape from it (technique shown in another video there). If you really want to try it on your own, I suggest trying it out with a pogo stick, an umbrella or with something that can be easily removed (so you don't get trapped!).
