As you may have noticed, I just signed up to be part of Blog Action Day. I've seen it around on quite a number of blogs now and since it appeared on the Blogger Dashboard, I thought why not. After all, you'll get a free link to your blog, which can't be too bad right? I guess 8,000 other bloggers thought the same way. :)
The objective of Blog Action Day is to get bloggers to blog about a single topic and this year's topic happens to be about the environment. There are 3 different ways to get involved - blogging, donating or promoting - and I've managed to nail all three of them with this single post! Any one of them is sufficient to get your blog listed, so fulfilling all 3 really is just an overkill but very much appreciated, I'm sure. :)

Thanks to Joy of Tech. Now that you have the general idea of how to save the environment, you can apply the reasoning to other downloadable stuff as well! And because you've saved money on gas, you can now donate to the environmental charity of your choice! Plus it reduces your carbon footprint (no driving, remember?)! See how one simple action can change the world? Just don't tell the nice guys in suits I told you. :)
