Offtopic: Everyone is waiting with bated breath for the evil combo of iPhone firmware 1.1.2 and iTunes 7.5 to be unleashed. :) Me? I'm just hanging around. :P
iTunes 7.5
Seems iTunes 7.5 made quite a big splash. Some say everything's fine, but one person there did seem to face a problem. The Operator, author of iNdependence, saysWas enjoying the lull before the inevitable storm... as usual, don't upgrade to iTunes 7.5. Looks like Apple removed the private functions needed for jailbreak from the MobileDevice framework. Time to find another way in...
Listening to the author of iNdependence is probably a good idea, especially when iPHUC and iNdependence stop working after iTunes is updated to 7.5.
IPSFCache
A new hope arrives for iPhoneSIMFree users. If you recall, iPhoneSIMFree users had their seczone zeroed out (not a good thing), and would have problems revirginizing their iPhones because of this. It appears all may not be lost, as a copy may exist on the iPhone itself.See IPSFCache @ the iPhone Elite Team Wiki and Possible location of original token before IPSF deleted it @ the iPhone Elite Team forums for more details.
