Unfortunately, when I clicked the link for the first time, here's what I got instead.

And clicking the link again doesn't work. Neither does copying and pasting into the location bar. I'll be sending them an email soon. Did anyone else run into this problem? Or is it just me, ? :(

Update: Just shy of the 3 hour mark and I have mail. A new download link is unveiled and the zip file is in my harddisk in less than 5 min. Nice response time they have there (speedy servers too). I'm off to enjoy my 10 free Radiohead tracks. :)

Still have problems? for some tips I've compiled.

I got mine OK. did you download from the same computer you sent the request from? Not sure if that has something to do with it. Maybe due to folk passing the link around?

Anyway, I just received a reply from them with a new download link. And this time it worked! Pretty fast response time from them, less than 3 hours. :)

Paid 5 pounds and got the download link. The first download started promptly but stopped after downloading 12MB. Wrote to the customer service at WASTE and got a quick reply with another link. Same problem; perhaps because I was using iGetter which downloads in segments and sends fresh request to the server for each segment. Wrote again; still no reply after 3 hours. Hope they reply soon.

clara: I'm not too sure I get what you mean. Could you provide more details?

Or you could try reading my earlier post which has step-by-step instructions on what to do.

ashwini: Relax. :) You could just sign up for another download while you're waiting for their reply. Then you could download from the link that comes first.

I know it's limited to one download per email, but you probably have at least one backup email account somewhere. Just a friendly tip. :)

Having paid for the album, I have had no emails at all about how to download it.

Great service as there is no customer services email on the confirmation mail.

Thanks for putting it here, hopefully I will get a response at some point soon.

My download wasn't working,then my laptop decided it was time to shut down to look for downloads.When I tried to re download Iwas informed that the number had already been used.Having paid 40 quid for the digibox Ithought I'd get more than one attempt.

Yep - download problems here too. My download manager popped up but couldn't handle the download. However, the system still took the activation code!

I'm waiting now for a reply / new code. I think they could have saved themselves a lot of hassle by allowing people to download more than just once (say over a day) - seems a bit OTT to have a single-click code when the album can be had for nothing anyway (although I did offer £4 (£4.45!) for it).
