Link: Dark Eye
An up and coming well made site that allows users to submit and rate sites, kinda like digg or shoutwire, but looks cooler and gives you instant thumbnails of sites when you hover your cursor over links. I haven't surfed this site much though, it's a bit slow ever since it got digged. I did submit this site up there though, just for fun.
