FreeRice is probably the coolest freebie that's been featured so far. How is that so? Well over at FreeRice, there's a free word game. Each time you win, FreeRice donates 10 grains of rice to a hungry person. It's not too difficult and the words are automatically adjusted to suit your linguistic capabilities. Spend 5 minutes a day playing, not only will your vocabulary improve, you indirectly donate a bowl of rice to someone who really needs it.
